Microsoft Files On Your PC

There are quite a lot of Microsoft files on your PC. These are used to manage the Windows Operating System and other Microsoft software.

There are so many of these files, which often have strange names, that some users are concerned that they may be viruses or other malware. Here's a good example of some as they look in Task Manager:
